With B.S and M.S Degrees from The University of New York in Nuclear Engineering and Marine Engineering, Mr. Rapetti has enjoyed a long and distinguished career. Responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions of The Stamford Capital Group from 1995 to 2004, and as Chairman of Avantair, Inc until retiring in 2007, Mr. Rapetti consults for the implementation of studies for government owned airports and airlines. Through Barclays Gedi’s construction and security operations in North and West Africa the transportation consulting Division is working diligently to assist with the studies necessary for governmental authorities to obtain expansion funding world wide.
